We have Octomaids bi-weekly service for several months now. We are pleased so far with the overall service. We have the same team, Aby and her daughter every time, which is really nice. Both of them are nice and does a great job of deep cleaning. We are hoping for this continued excellent service from Aby and her team. The business owners Norma and Steve are also very responsible and dependable folks, very easy to work with. They certainly have met our needs. Our Octomaids were right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up after all the dust and grime that had built up over two weeks of having a remodel done in our place. They got all the nooks and crannies it had worked it’s way into. It was such a great feeling to have a sparkling clean house again. They didn’t even complain about bringing all their stuff down to a houseboat in the pouring rain! Because our place is a bit confusing to find the first time, the notifications of when our cleaning crew was going to arrive was very helpful so that I could meet them in the parking lot with a cart for their equipment and show them down. This was my first time experiencing a cleaning with Octomaids and I am very impressed. It was easy to make the appointment. A confirmation was sent via text. A few days prior I received confirmation of the appointment via email. Fifteen minutes prior to the arrival another text was sent that the cleaner was on their way. Upon arrival she introduced herself and ask what was important to me. She was thorough and exceeding my expectations. It was a wonderful feeling to walk into my clean home! My granite counters are shining and my floors look amazing. The inside and outside of the microwave are clean. She even cleaned a spot never touched, a shoe cubby on our staircase landing. Im a professional organizer and I got an emergency call from a client on Thursday night. My team and I went out the following morning and it was saturated with mouse feces and just very dirty living conditions for who lived there. While I was working I was able to give her a quick run down of what was going on, needed and timeframe. After scheduling the post control company for the next day, Saturday, Norma sent her team out for first thing Sunday morning. I can't even tell you how incredibly surprised I was too recieve pictures of an impeccably clean home. Not only did she and her team clean like NO tomorrow but she got out there immediately to get it handled. He is now home and resting in his basically new home. Octomaids came to our home for the first time yesterday and did an amazing job! I am pretty particular about the cleanliness of my home (some may call it obsessive) but I was looking to get some help on the really deep cleaning. 2 women were here for 5 hours (I have a 1,615 sq ft home) and they scrubbed my house from top to bottom including windows, window seals, blinds, doors, door frames, baseboards, cupboards/cabinets as well as the interior/exterior of the fridge and oven and everything in between. Both women were very polite, courteous and upbeat while at our home. We will absolutely be asking them to come back. Octomaids did an amazing job with our move out cleaning. I wasn't able to be at the house but they were totally understanding and very responsive via text. They called me with the quote when they arrived there and also texted me any questions or concerns (with photos). And everyone I texted with was so nice and helpful. After they finished cleaning they let me know when they were done and when I finally got back to the house it looked incredible! The kitchen appliances especially looked practically brand new, they're truly cleaning wizards. I have the Octomaids crew come to clean my house once a month and it's always my favorite day!! I love that they send the same crew each month so that I don't have to go over what I want, what rooms need to be cleaned, etc. I have been gone several times when they've been here and they don't cut corners when I'm not here, they are always as awesome as if I were watching them (which I don't do anyway since I work from home)! I appreciate their professionalism and the little things, like folding the toilet paper rolls into little triangles and making something cute out of the hanging towels. Leonardo and Maydalis from Octomaids did an amazing job deep cleaning our house! They were punctual, friendly, and attentive to every little detail when cleaning our house. I had tried many things to effectively clean our blinds to no avail and they have them looking brand new. They even cleaned the stands my dogs’ food and water bowls are in, which I never would have expected. They worked so hard for hours on end, and I’m so grateful to them. The office I work at uses Octomaids to clean our building. They are so awesome! We recently moved to a new building. It's about 10k square feet and they were doing a move-in cleaning for us. I got a phone call around 7 or 8pm from our crew. They had found an envelope full of money ($1300 to be exact!) and wanted to let us know that it was there. Turns out, it belonged to the previous building owner. They were so grateful that we found it and were able to return it. Our first experience was a deep cleaning and they did an amazing job, cleaning areas that we hadn't even thought to clean before, and organizing parts of our bathroom in a much more efficient way. I did notice some parts of our rug weren't vacuumed as thoroughly as others (some literal loose flakes of dirt still present) and the inside of the oven had grease smears (though still WAY cleaner than before). I'm going to chalk that up to the fact they did such a great job over all and had to start from zero in our house. Looking forward to having them come back to do their regular bi-weekly cleaning. Octomaids was the only cleaning company that returned our call and we're glad they did. They came out for a free estimate and after deciding on what we wanted them to do exactly, we gave them the ok and they came out the next day and showed up on time. The house was a rental and the tenants left it a complete mess. They went through it top to bottom and worked really hard all day only stopping for lunch. The house looked amazing when they were finished. The appliances looked brand new. I can't give them enough credit for the awesome job they did! I would absolutely hire them again!! ~ Kris C

I have used Octomaids three different times! The first time they did a deep cleaning of my house and they did a phenomenal job. The next two times were for a move out clean and a move in clean. Unfortunately, the home we were moving into was not very clean (Here’s a picture of what the oven looked like before and after). Thankfully, octomaids saw that and spent extra time checking each part of the home to make sure it was cleaned for us to move in! They even had us do a walk through of everything.
